LUSOFABRIL has its own permanent Technical Staff, enabling the rendering of about 100.000 man-hours of Engineering Services per year, that can be easily extended to 150.000, by means of temporary staff engaging (own data base permanently updated) and outsourcing. The permanent Technical Staff is composed by highly qualified people, due to the rigorous and demanding recruitement and selection criterias applied by us.
