Basic Engineering consolidation and Final Design, mechanical, civil and electrical, related with the LPG Storage (2 mounded vessels, with an unitary capacity of 1.000 m3), Pumping and Bottle Filling Plants, of TERPARQUE, at Praia da Vitória.

Basic Engineering Consolidation and Final Design, mechanical, civil and electrotechnical, of CLC Tank Farm Expansion, comprising the instalation of :

  • 4 Atmospheric Tanks, for the storage of 25.000 m3 of diesel, each;
  • Piping networks for Diesel and Water and Foam for Firefighting;
  • New Retention Basins, Streets, Foundations, Slabs and Sleepers, Metallic Structures and Drainage Networks;
  • Electrical Systems, Instrumentation and Control.

Detail Engineering and Final Design (mechanical, civil and electrical), of:

  • Pipeline, with 10″ diameter and 26 Km length, for interconnecting FINA Refinery in Luanda, with IBV-5 Plant, and with  Airport 4 de Fevereiro (Luanda);
  • Pipeline, with 6″ diameter and 7 km length, for interconnecting IMUL Plant with the new Power Plant of ENE, at Cazenga;
  • New Jet-A1 Pumping Station at IBV-5 Plant;
  • Extension of Jet-B Tank Farms at IMUL Plant and at the Power Plant of ENE.

Detail Engineering regarding the prefabrication and erection of the external piping of the new  FCC Gasoline Hydrotreater Unit, between the Battery Limit of the a.m. Unit and the Tie-ins of the existing Process and Utilities piping.

Final Design of the New Jet-A1 Temporary Storage, comprising:

  • 3 Metallic tanks with an unitary capacity of 2.500 m3;
  •  Unloading and Loading Facilities for Jet-A1 in tank trucks;
  • Water and Foam systems for Firefighting;
  • Lighting, Power, Earthing, Instrumentation, Control and Automation systems.

Final Design (mechanical, civil, electrical) , regarding the Rehabilitation of the LPG Reception, Storage and Expedition facilities at Lobito, comprising:

  • 2 Spheres, with an unitary capacity of 2.200 m³ of LPG;
  • 2 Cylindrical, Horizontal Vessels, with an unitary capacity of 150 m³ of LPG;
  • 2 Butane 13 kg Gas Bottle Filling (1.200 bottles/h) Plants;
  • 1 Tank Truck Filling Station with LPG;
  • All Pumping and Piping Systems associated;
  • Fire Water Network for Fire Fighting;
  • All required civil works, namely, the reconstruction of pavements, construction and recovery of Buildings, Drainage Networks, Foundations, Slabs and Sleepers;
  • All Lighting, Power, Command and Control Systems and Earthing Network.

Basic Engineering consolidation and Final Design (mechanics, civil and electrical), of TERPARQUE Liquid Fuels Tank Farm, at Praia da Vitória.

 

Final Design (mechanical) of the new piping systems, composed by 273 new lines, to be installed in the Units “Destilação de Pesados e de Reacção”, in the scope of the Aniline Plant Expansion, existing in CUF industrial installations in Estarreja.
